Have you heard the good news? The excitement surrounding the new Socha Plaza building has hit a tipping point in Albany, with The Business Review recently writing up a full feature on the project.
Here’s a brief excerpt from the story, written by The Business Review reporter Michael DeMasi:
Bill Socha’s plans for a $10 million-plus office, retail and residential building in Glenville will dramatically change the look of Socha Plaza on Route 50.
Socha, president of Socha Management Inc., and his architect, Paul Benoit, envision a three-story, 60,000-square-foot yellow-brick building with a tall wall of glass, sidewalk cafés and rooftop gardens for luxury apartments.
“We want to raise the bar, not only on our own property but for Route 50 and the town,” Socha said.
